Donnie Wahlberg and wife file for divorce

LOS ANGELES �

Donnie Wahlberg and his married woman are career it quits after almost nine days of wedlock. Wahlberg and his wife, Kim Fey Wahlberg, each filed for divorce net Wednesday in separate counties in the Los Angeles area, courtyard records show.


Kim Wahlberg cited "irreconcilable differences" in her filings in Los Angeles Superior Court. Donnie Wahlberg's petition was filed in Ventura County.


The couple were married in August 1999 and separated earlier this year.


The act comes as Wahlberg, 39, prepares to tour with a reunited New Kids on the Block and appears on the big screen in "Righteous Kill," which volition be released on Sept. 12.


The former couple experience two sons, ages 15 and 7.

Sex And The City - Nixon Davis Undergo Surgery


SEX AND THE CITY star CYNTHIA NIXON has laughed off reports she has gone under the knife in a bid to maintain her youthful looks.

According to the New York Post's gossip column Page Six, both Nixon and her co-star Kristin Davis checked into Roosevelt Hospital in the Big Apple separately earlier this month (Jun08) for minor surgical procedures.

A source tells the publication, "Cynthia had a breast augmentation and soon after, Kristin had the varicose veins on her legs removed.

"They both made sure they did it on the quietest day of the week."

But Nixon's spokesperson has denied the rumours, insisting there is no truth to the claims.

Davis' representative has yet to comment on the allegations.

The Enemy revive Oasis' Britpop spirit at Isle Of Wight

The Enemy paid tribute to the Isle Of Wight crowd - and Oasis - ' classic Britpop get up, and with rumours that the Manchester band's frontman - and The Enemy's hero - Liam Gallagher was planning to head to the site today, it was clear the band were putting in an extra effort for the receptive festival crowd.

Clarke added that it was a "privilege" to be on the line-up with the likes of the Sex Pistols and Ian Brown who follow them later at the Isle Of Wight tonight.

The band then performed 'Happy Birthday Jane' though dedicated to their friend "Liz" who was celebrating her birthday today.

They then wrapped up their set with 'Not Alone' with Clarke telling the crowd, "I'll see you down the front for the 'Pistols!"
